Suggested Products Should Show in Product Only Sales
If a client checks out and then comes back for a suggested product, it the feature should allow you to open a new sale, enter the client's name, and the product suggested product populate without having to search their profile.

Commission on Membership Voucher Services
We are launching a membership like this:
$108/month
4 lash refills per month
Any technician
10% off regular fill price
10% of products and all other services
40% of full sets
35% of full sets by Master Technician.
The problem right now is you work out commission at the PRODUCT level for Memberships, not the SERVICE level. I need each Service Provider to get paid for their service even if the client has purchased a members that renews vouchers each month.

Return Request - similar to the heart symbol, but for returning clients

Ability to view ratings for staff that has been deactivated.
Reporting shows data relevant to time period specified despite staff member deactivation. It would be great to be able to also view ratings of prior staff

If clients self prebook and leave a set tip, the tip deletes if appt is moved to another staff
The tip should be viewable or logged so when checking them out it doesn't make the platform seem iffy to clients who are having to repeat their tip choice. Example, books with Jeff and tips $10. Appt has to be moved for some reason over to Paul. Then at checkout, client assumes everything is squared away, but we have to reinitiate whole checkout process as if Blvd didn't record any information during their self booking process. Forms: Allow "Yes" answer to trigger the next question to be required
In some cases a question is only required based off the answer of a previous question. Would need that when a client chooses "Yes" the next question is required, but if they select "No" the next question can be skipped.
This is common with "If yes, please explain" or "If yes, on what date?"

New verbiage at online checkout
We receive calls weekly from clients confused while booking online if they're going to be charged at booking or after the appointment. When checking out online — looks like you're being charged that total. Google Analytics show that that step is the place where most people walk away.
There's a VERY small note that states:"Your credit card will be used to hold your appointment time and will not be charged until after your appointment has been completed." but even that is confusing if you're referring to the completion of the booking. Needs to be reworded

Vouchers need to appear in the left column to be able to check out clients.
I have clients that have tanning packages. I need to be able to see the voucher at check out, instead of having to write it off under "other" then go to to the clients account and look at payment methods.

Voucher overhaul
Ability to "undo" an erroneous voucher redemption, at current if a voucher is "redeemed" the only way to correct it is to sell a workaround one to add it back to the client's payment methods.
Audit friendly; so many times clients come in and are very confused how many vouchers they have left. Rework of payment method section or in history that shows when a package was sold and how many are left alongside each date of redemption. Multiple phone numbers for staff profile
Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. In the communication preferences, we would like to specify the phone number for the alerts.

Messages submitted when purchasing a product should be sent to business
I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages. I'm missing the first communication (and some testimonials) from new clients!

Hotel integration - OnQ PMS
Hilton uses OnQ PMS.
When checking out a client, the front desk can then charge them in one swoop rather than two different transactions.

Should be able to "undo confirmed" and "undo arrived" on/from calendar view.
Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists. Vouchers should not stop Service Providers from being paid commission.
When redeeming a voucher, it ZERO outs the service. This means that the Service Provider is unable to be shown how much commission they earn for the Service they have just completed that has been paid for with a "product" voucher. This also impacts tipping
