Remaining Vouchers on Account
Hello,
It would be extremely helpful to both us and our clients that self book if they had the ability to check the account associated with their email to see what vouchers they had left to redeem and click through to book those items.
On the Dashboard side through the Clients tab, it would be nice to be able to pull up a client and easily see what vouchers they have remaining as well.

More Overt Labeling for Group Appts on Calendar
The notifications for group bookings continue to be too subtle to notice on the calendar when glancing at the day's appointments. More overt color coding or icons would be incredibly helpful.

WHEN BOOKING MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS...
PLEASE GIVE THE OPTION FOR THE LAST CLIENT WE SCHEDULED FOR THEIR NAME TO RE POP UP AS A QUICK OPTION FOR A REPEAT BOOKING OPTION ALSO WHEN BOOKING STANDING APPOINTMENTS MONTHS OUT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT WE CANT SCROLL THE CALENDAR WELL AND WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SCROLL THE CALENDAR A FEW MONTHS OUT BUT WE CURRENTLY HAVE TO DO IT BY EVERY TWO WEEKS AND WHEN CLIENTS BOOK STANDING APPOINTMENTS WE CANT SEE ALL OF THEM ON OUR PHONE WE CAN ONLY SEE THE UPCOMING 5 APPOINTMENTS IT WOULD BE GREAT IF WE COULD REFERENCE ON…

Formulas and internal client notes in app
it would be easier for the stylist if the most recent formula was at the top of the client file. along with having 'add new internal note' at the top as well.

Allow clients to tip discreetly
I think asking our clients what they would like to tip outloud puts both the receptionist and client in a weird position. We've been suggested by a few to allow discreet tipping, either on the Ipad app or through email.

Resend Option for Receipts
There should be a resend option for the receipts like they have in shopify.

Default match unambiguous SKU at checkout window
We have several products with similar SKUs (for example: CANDLE8 and CANDLE14). When scanning these SKUs for checkout, the CANDLE8 won't auto populate the product, it makes me choose between the 8 and the 14. If the SKU exactly matches a SKU in the system it should default to that product rather than forcing a manual manual choice between the products.

Allow Hyperlinks in Client Messaging System
Sometimes when messaging clients, we want to send them to another page on Boulevard. If we could create a hyperlink, the clients could get to that page in only one click.

Formula Section (high priority)😉
I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.
