  5. There is a group appointment scheduled, everyone to start at 1:00 pm as an example. 3 customers - all getting regular manicures. They also have 5 minute transition times built in. When I go into the appointment to cancel the transition times, the software automatically changes everyone's service time to the following: Person1 - regular manicure at 1:00 pm; Person2 - regular manicure at 1:30 pm; Person3 - regular manicure at 2:00 pm.
