  2. Be able to apply an offer when booking - not have to go to the checkout screen. Would be helpful when using the "Booked forecast" report so that the sales income is accurately reflected and the checkout process is faster because its already applied!

  14. We use the waiting list a great deal, so it would be a tremendous help if we could put a PRIORITY OR SOMETHING NEXT TO PARTICULAR CLIENTS SO WE KNOW REGARDLESS OF WHEN ADDED TO CALL THEM 1ST

  19. Hello,

    We would love to have the option to link appointments together. Its great that we can do this at checkout but would be awesome to have the option ahead of time. Linking them so when you hover over the appt on the calendar view it highlights both guests/appts showing they are together

  20. We want to make offers like "15% off combo services" but the current offer system lets you add items to the offer inclusion but does not give you specific rule flexibility to say it must be at least a service from " this category AND that category"

    The programming behind adding more flexible logic to the offers shouldn't be difficult, it is just a matter of a few more logic gate parameters.

    We would have it be done at checkout but we had to do 100% deposits since we cannot do a specific booking deposit amount for an appt. So…
