  2. Some reports have too much data or allow staff to peer into each other's productivity too much, causing strain on relationships or creating situations businesses would rather avoid.

    For example, we already can limit commission reports from privilege classes; being able to limit other things such as time clock would be great so staff can stop comparing themselves to each other with the RAW data rather than curated data that management chooses as pertinent KPIs.

  5. It is very time consuming to add a new product line to Boulevard. If we could duplicate an existing product that is set up with all pertinent details, we could simply edit the name/UPC/price and be on our way. Currently, we have to select the Suppler, Category, and re-enter Brand for every single product and it takes much longer than it needs to.

  8. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

  9. When a client no-shows and gets charged, the appointment should gray out on the book, not fall off completely. Also, there needs to be something that says no show.

  10. Clients are not able to book multiple appointments for other members of their party. When one client books for more than one person, we could send only one message with the whole booking that includes all the appointments instead of sending individual messages per client.

  11. To be able to reopen a closed order in the case of an error. There is no way to fix an error except to issue a refund then to create a new appointment for the client. This throws off commission reports and clients history and purchase orders.
