  1. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

  2. You should be able to customize which things show up in "Individual Appointments" and "Group Appointments" For instance, for something like couples massage I do not want to show up in individual appointments...but I can't customize that

  3. instead of the provider text coming in the second the patient puts in their phone number, send the text when they are finished filling out any and all forms

  4. It seems like product managers and engineers are a little out of touch with how people are using the software. A day of shadowing a customer would probably open their eyes to some of the rougher edges of the software.

    Many of the "feature requests" on here could almost be categorized as bugs. They aren't the software not working as designed, but they are the software not working as expected by users.

  6. When uploading a photo to mark-up in a treatment plan, there should be the ability to upload photos from the patient's Gallery, not just take a new photo/upload from camera roll

  7. currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

  10. It's a pipe dream, I'm sure— but it would be amazing to have a full duplicate instance of our account so our trainees can work on everything BLVD without the risk of messing anything up.

    All the training materials are great, but since there is no sandbox, our trainees have to work on live clients and schedules, which then requires someone to be with them to ensure they don't accidentally make a big mistake while learning.

  11. Would like to see a marketing feature that will automatically send members a reminder to book based on the type of membership. Each membership will need to be setup in a way the reminder goes out at different time frames.

  12. Some of my stylist like to see what they are projected to make before the week starts. It helps them see if they are going to hit their target or if they need to get more clients on the book.

  14. We should be able to have inventory depleted per appointment type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc. The client should not be able to remove that modifier at checkout because it would mess up my inventory count.

  18. It was far easier to follow credit history before the "wallet" update. You could expand and read notes within the same window. Now we have to click on the order number and go to a different screen. Much more inconvenient. Can we have that feature back?

  19. It would be great to be able to adjust the time of the appointment right in the calendar itself instead of having to click on the appointment and editing it. A simple click and drag up or down would be GREAT.

  20. When charting for botox and filler. numbers, keyboard, and dots are vital. additionally straight arrows are great for filler charting. Also change in font size.
