  7. We use our resources for our rooms/stations. We have two members for each room and to keep them from accidentally double booking the station it would be beneficial to have it blocked off when people do online booking. Would be really useful to have specific people assigned to specific resources.

  10. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  11. Our office has a number of providers that do not accept tips for their services and one that does. We would like the tipping option to not display for those that do not. It is awkward to have to tell the majority of our clients to not tip when the tipping screen opens for the sake of one employee that collects tips.

  18. I have an issue with the memberships:

    We have a leveling system with estheticians where they can level up and their price goes up. Our memberships include levels 1-3 staff for the monthly price but if they pay additional $20, they can book with an advanced esthetician. Right now, we have to add an upgrade fee at checkout, but it isn't clear to the client when booking their appointment which service provider is included and which is not. Our advanced estheticians are not on online booking right now, would love the option to put them up online for the membership…
