staff having their own booking link
Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

Change cancellation emails to be from the business name, NOT Boulevard!!
Patients or clients don't know what boulevard is, when a cancellation email is sent out it shows that it is from boulevard, not my business name. This needs to be changed so it looks like its coming from the correct place, the business name, so patients/clients can actually open the email and it can serve its purpose. This has been brought up before here but clearly nothing has changed.

Allow all staff to see their schedule for the month
We currently have to use an external system to show staff their schedule one month at a time, meaning we have to create the work schedule twice so staff can see their shedule days with an easier view. Being able to let them see what days they're assigned from a calendar view would be very beneficial and time efficient.
It also helps staff booking appointments in the future to know when everyone is available.

Report Analytics
Report analytics are important because they provide the data-driven insights needed to make informed decisions, improve performance, and identify new opportunities. The current reporting in Boulevard is just raw data, that we have to export and then create their own analytic reports, which, compared to Square and other POS systems is quite out of date. At a minimum, we need the ability to compare time periods and see change and % change over time.

Please create a role that allows the editing and creating of forms and charts without giving complete admin access to all other reports and sensitive business operations.

Allow Service, Product, and other commissions to be added to reports and not just summary, so I can create a detailed staff report showing their sales, commissions, and other scheduel detaisl in one place.

Make refunds of booking fees automatic for cancellations
Automatic Refund to patients who cancel with in the window of our policy, so we don't need to manually go through each transaction and do it ourselves.

If you don't give loyalty points for services, why can you redeem them for services
We don't give out loyalty points for services (just product purchase) so there should be a setting that prevents them from being able to use them on services.

New client icons on appointments
Have an icon on appointments for new clients that says 'NEW' like on the Boulevard app that way we can easily identify who is a new client.

Require a consultation/good faith exam prior to completing booking the actual service appointment.
Currently new patients are encouraged to schedule a NP visit when they are a new patient as a good faith exam. Many miss this step and do not complete this prior to their visit since they have to go into a different location and book the visit in a completely separate transaction within the booking flow due to there being a separate exam location.

Having the ability to turn services or products on and off that qualify for rewards points is really important, especially in the medical space, where rewards for medications can't be given.

Patient Flow Status Monitoring
We would like to monitor Patient status AFTER their initial check-in so that we can monitor clinic timing to ensure optimal patient experience and clinic flow. For example, once the patient has been "roomed" and their vitals are taken, we would like to be able to mark the patient prepped and ready to see the Provider and then when Patient is ready to check out and we are getting their reports together prior to check out so we can better manage clinic timing and patient flow timing. New Clients and Booking on Iphone
When adding new clients to boulevard using the ios app, on our phone...we are unable to add a credit card to keep on file like we can using the website. Would love to have this be an option when booking an appointment. There isn't even a way to add it after the appointment is made from the app on our phone. Very limited access. If this can't be done there should be way to have a confirmation email sent to those clients to confirm their personal info along with adding their credit card like they would if they booked online…

Before/After Photo Ghosting
Have an overlay "ghost" of the before photo so you can get the exact angle for an after photo. Or a ghost template for photo angle consistency
