  1. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  3. New icons to specify if a client wants a specific level of stylist (1, 2, 3, or 4), if they want a level or higher/lower, if they don't care what level they get. Helps prevent customer service issues if moving to different level stylists, etc.

  5. The default lead time for online bookings at our salon is 24 hours -- however, we have a couple of stylists who would like to allow same day bookings online. A way to customize lead times per stylist would be helpful!

  18. When more than one apt is charged together (ex. mom and son) with 2 separate stylists sometimes the guest puts the tip all on one person but wants it split. There is no way to do this without voiding and redoing. It would be nice to be able to edit the order without having to void and recharge.
