Update issues
Hello, the new update has some issues. When we are trying to update/add a service to an appt (for example an add-on service) it makes you cancel the entire appt and start over. This takes more time and is not as simple as it was before.

Supplier Section Search Bar
A search bar for the Suppliers section would allow quick and easy access to Supplier information, especially for businesses who have high eCommerce / retail volume.
Other businesses may choose to use this section as an 'address book' / rolodex for storing other partner information who may not explicitly be retail-related.

Auto-apply a rule to all promos or auto apply a rule to all new promos
Create an auto-apply rule or toggle option that can be 1 click to apply to all offers. For example, offer codes should not be applied to anything in the Add on category. Once we update that in 1 offer, we'd like to be able to apply to all other offers in 1 click

auto apply discount with offer link
I would like to be able to send a discount link in a email or text marketing campaign that would allow the customer to click the link and then it takes them to the booking page and also auto apply's a coupon that i choose for that specific link. That way they don't have to remember a offer code, or re enter it at check out.

Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.

Synch your messaging center to the google chat
I have another service that is a text svc (numa) that you can connect to the Google chat. I am sure you could do the same to blvd. It would be great to have those folks under one hub. We currently have the google chat turned off as it is just one more thing to monitor, but if it went directly to our dash that would be fantastic.

Pop ups to announce critical changes
The change in Duo payment flow completely caught us off guard and confused us and our clients for the first few checkouts. It turns out the update was announced in the changelog the day before, but the changelog is decently hidden and you have to be looking for changes to find it.
It is possible to show the pop ups as we were bombarded for a week with the Quickbooks integration announcement.
Can we have a similar pop up for any changes that directly impact daily operations like changing the checkout flow?

Requiring Phone Number When Creating a New Customer
Phone numbers are unique to every customer, so it should be used as a unique identifier and so should be a required field. We get very confused when we see 2 "John Smith" and not know who is who. In fact, we need phone numbers more than we need last names, as last name requirements tend to slow us down when making a new customer profile (especially if the last names are foreign and very long), if we just had their first name and their phone numbers, that should be enough to create a client profile.

being able to separate the restrictions of viewing the dashboard only in the business and having no restrictions with the Professional app.

Automated cancellation of past due memberships
It would be great if we could have an option to say "Memberships automatically cancel after being unpaid for X days or months" We would definitely want this to be a customizable setting, perhaps even on the location level, but it would help has from ending up with 100s of past due memberships on our books

pop up notes when booking
Would like to have a note that you can have show up before you click to confirm an appointment. For example if a client has a history of no shows or cancelling last minute then the person who answers the phone can make sure we have a card on file.

Review Incoming Calls
We can click on the phone symbol (where incoming calls appear) and see a dropdown of any calls you may have missed. You can pull up the clients account ahead of time and speed scheduling time.

Emails with underscores don't show in search
I've noticed that emails with underscores in them don't show up when you search them in the clients tab

Modify behavior of the blue "update available bar"
The Blue "update available" bar is super helpful to let us know when new features are available, or to make sure we are using the latest data.
Unfortunately it covers some of the needed navigation features in the form builder.
Could the bar be made to come in above the normal screen (pushing everything down) instead of over top of it? That way the navigation features are available to ensure our forms are properly saved before refreshing the page.

Would like to have a new flavor of tea maybe something for the holidays since thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up.

Text reminder when a client reaches a certain number of vouchers in their account
If a client has a recurring monthly membership charge it would be nice if they got a reminder text after a certain number of vouchers accumulate in their account. Once they have four or five it becomes hard to catch up and use them all.

The ability to charge different rates based on how late the cancellation happened, or to differentiate between a late cancellation and a no-show.

Duo app check in require form completion
When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

Payment Method Addition
When adding a payment method in the profile area (non-checkout) we only have the option for a manual add or a "swipe". our DUO doesn't even allow for swipes. It would be nice to be able to use the tap or insert chip, or apple pay tap to read a new card and save it in a profile, so that we don't need to manually enter all the data.
