Offer Reporting Shortcut/Insight
Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.

Apply a gift card balance to full transaction
When a client pays with a gift card I am not able to complete the transaction if the gift card is less than the amount due. I should be able to apply the gift card and then there should be an outstanding balance to complete the transaction

History showing for recommend products
It would be great to see who suggested the products to clients. It will help with commission when the clients return and purchase the products.

appointment types should be made clearer
It would be SO much simpler if at the time of booking, either the guest or the employees can book appointment types -- so clicking New Appointment would prompt user to define whether the appointment is a request, a prebook, or a referral. Makes it easier for salon owners who track these metrics at review time as well.

Change phrasing of “Group Appointment” to “Multiple Services”
“Group appointments” implies that there is more than one person getting services. “Multiple Services” however means it could be one person getting more than one service. Being a nail salon, it’s an important distinction because our clients aren’t able to book themselves a mani AND pedi at the same time unless they select the current “group” option. Causes confusion and frustration for us and our clients who don’t understand the BLVD booking system yet.

Bring Product accommodations to the dashboard
Currently, you're unable to set a permanent discount for a client for products like you can for services. It would make legacy pricing for injection based services possible if this was added to the platform!

We'd like the option to trigger the rating screen at checkout through the Duo, similar to how gratuity is collected.

Create New Client Through Message Screen
It would be convenient to be able to add a new client through the "Message" tab without having to click the "Client" tab. Being a new location, we have new clients messaging us to get scheduled so when I add them as a client, I have to copy their information down, then click the "Client" tab to "Add New Client". If this can be done through the actual message itself, it would save on time and efficiency.

An option to create a report that would be organized by Appointment date instead of sale date.
Sometimes, services are not checked out same day but we would still like to calculate how much of our sales were actually from that day.
