  1. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

  4. We would like group booking to allow selection of two providers in addition to automatically blocking times off.

    Currently, we have to block these times manually for the second provider. This would save us time.

There should be a pop up alert for blocked clients that call the salon and try to book over the phone, instead of just disabling the regular booking actions and getting a notification that the service provider does not offer that service. You should not have to go into the client profile to find out that they are blocked. This could cause uncomfortable interactions between the client and support staff.

  6. Would be great to have a number counter on mark ups screen. As a med spa that does a high quantity of neurotoxin, having a counter to double check units w/b very helpful. I understand this number would not be connected to inventory or front desk check out (which w/b ideal), having a counting system would also help prevent lost revenue.

  7. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  10. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  13. We use a treatment record with before and after photos at each appointment. It would be helpful to go in and rename the treatment record (ex: Filler and Skin Boosters, or Neurotoxin). When comparing photos in the gallery, I can only go by the date of service, not a description of the service a client received that date.

  14. Please please please please create a way to sort offers or put them in folders or something. It's absolute insanity after awhile with discount codes, influencer codes, adjustment codes... and it only sorts by recency. Sorting first, searching second (though that can be handled by a good ol' CTRL + F)

  18. If you charge clients a no-show fee in Blvd, it counts towards your service and appointment count in all reporting. This provides an inaccurate count of actual completed appointments. Blvd should have these fully separate, or have the ability to filter them out. No-show charges ideally would function more like a product sale.
