  3. it would be nice if clients could see forms form a previous appointment. For example we have pre/post care instructions that the client has to sign at the appointment, it would be nice for then to be bale to review it later. or even it it was a form we could manually email or text prior to or after the appointment.

  4. Need to let my front desk/patient coordinator staff edit phrases they frequently use, and would also like them to have access to offers and discounts since they are the ones checking people out. Currently can only access this as a business manager.

  5. If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.

  6. If a client has a failed payment the business needs to receive an email and be able to pull a report of all the past due bills and payments. Crazy this is not a built in feature.

  8. Gift cards should not have a monetary limit, which is currently set at $500, or a day limit (2 per day). We often have people purchasing gift cards well above the limit which means we have to do several transactions over several days to accommodate them.

  10. I would like to submit an idea. I feel for text messaging in the med spa business is very important, especially in such a fast paced time like today. But since we are paying for those certain amount of texts, if we happen to not use all of them, I feel it would be nice to have them rolled over. I think once a med spa gets busier, even with the rolled over usages, it'll still go over what's given in that package so it'll be a win win situation for both sides.

  12. We have some employees that need more lead time for online booking than others (they live much farther away). It would be useful to be able to change the online booking lead times for just those employees and keep it at the business default for everyone else.

  13. Group booking - instead of going back to the cart to "add more" the system should stop and alert them to select another appointment for the second person before moving to the next step. Currently it allows them to bypass it and go right to the calendar. We have so many guest that are confused on how to book groups or they think they booked their party when really, they only booked one person, leaving the front desk to call them. Also, group bookings should be separated from Individual booking and its own entity. We've also had people book groups…

  14. Cancellation should be able to be automated to be set by:
    - Operating hours: closed during weekend, so window should be extended to 72 hours instead of the regular 24
    - Location: Some regions have much busier clinics and should have a different window
    - Provider: Similar to location level, some individual providers are highly productive and booked several weeks out, so the policy for them should be different if needed.

  16. In-Store E - Gift Cards. We sell a lot of gift cards and we need to be able to sell e-giftcards online . is this something coming in the future? this is vital to our business during the holiday season and had I known this was not an option I might have chosen another platform to run business.

  17. I think that Admins should be able to see the performance of the whole practice on the app while theyre on the go!! Why does the staff get to see how much they make but the owners cant see how much was made in total.. its kind of funny if you ask me

  18. We offer Side By Side massages. These require two clients, two staff members, and our Side By Side room to all be available.

    The current system allows guests to book a singe "side by side" massage and then be disappointed when it isn't for two people.

    We put lots of warnings with the service description, but it still happens every week.

    When we don't offer it for online booking, we get people complaining that we don't offer the service.

    Please Please Fix group booking to ensure that these are booked properly!

  19. All service categories and service names are shown to the client as they are created in the dashboard, but it would be great to have an internal service name field to be able to make certain distinctions between similar service that are not client facing.

  20. The tags are nice, but they are not visible until you click into the patients actual profile. It would be nice if the tag populated on the schedule, so it is obvious at a glance. Additionally, you cannot see a tag on the main client view/dashboard --you have to filter out by tags. Would be nice to see them there as well.
