  2. Feature Request: Identification and Pre-Appointment Communication for First-Time Clients**

    Summary:

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

    Current Functionality:
    Currently, Boulevard provides notifications for appointments but lacks a specific function to highlight first-time visitors. This limits our ability to engage with new clients prior to their initial appointment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

  5. I would like to see a feature where banked products units can be used toward multiple items. EX If a customer bus 500 units of botox but ends up loving dysport, i want them to be able to use their units on dysport too. Or if a customer banks 3 syringes of kysse and only needed 2 they can use the 3rd syringe on a different filler!

  6. use ai to make suggestions based on historical data on different business operation strategies such as "Reduce/Increase staffing/hours Saturdays in December." or "Change availability of staff A because their usage is low/high." or "Run a 30% off special in the spring based on customer trends." or "Call/Email these people to offer xyz service based on previous bookings."

    Basically use data to give automatic insights and suggestions to the owners of the service. Currently, we have reports which are great. However, it would be nice to get trendiness, graphs, charts, and suggestions/recommendations for the non tech-savvy owner who uses your services…

  15. We get notified when clients cancel and book but not when existing appointments are moved. I almost missed an appointment not realizing my client moved from Thursday at 9am to Wednesday at 9am. How is this not a feature yet? I can't be the only salon requesting this. This is a feature that needs immediate attention.

  18. Loyalty Point Accrual and Redemption "Rules" For example, ability to exclude certain products for product categories from earning points (like Green Circle Fees!). Another example, BLVD currently treats service packages as a "product", which accrue loyalty points, even though they are not technically products.

    Restrict redemption to only products or services that do not have other offers applied to them.

    Restrict redemption rules to either products or services, or both if desired...For example, if points are only accrued for product purchases, a restriction preventing them to be able to be redeemed for services would be ideal.

There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.
