  2. as a medical office we use the same wording for alot of our charting but need to edit patient specific portions of the text. we use the placeholder when making our chart notes but would like it to be editable once were in the actual note using it. as it is set up right now it is an all or nothing text.

    i know we could use the "commonly used" phrases you just started but there is a max of 1000 characters which isnt long enough for us.

    overall it would be nice to have the placeholder be editable.

  4. Members should be properly categorized in Blvd in a way that allows for us to filter client lists and reports by membership status. This should include automated membership tags. EX: Attach a tag to a membership that will apply to a client when it's actively on their profile

  5. An email that gets sent to new clients after their first visit.

    This email would thank them for choosing our salon with CTA to review and book their next appointment (if not already done). This email should also include their personalized referral link. This email should also include cross-promotions that are offered within the other departments in the salon. (e.g after a color appointment, skin or head spa services)

  6. It would be nice that if we update a form it automatically will trigger clients to fill out the new form at their next appointment. Right now the way the system is we have to either manually add for each appointment or have the form filled out every time for each client. Also if you make the form expire it should trigger to have clients fill out an updated form.

  7. I really like the Precision Booking system—it keeps the schedule organized and easy to manage. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding the word “Book” or “Book Here” directly on the Appointment Book in the time slots where appointments should be scheduled.

    Right now, the schedule looks very open until appointments are actually placed, and sometimes the correct booking pattern isn’t followed. Adding these key words would give Guest Relations a clear visual cue, helping them see the right times to book without accidentally placing appointments outside the intended structure.

  8. When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

  9. Many businesses—ours included—run promotional packages that are intended to be limited-quantity offers. Currently, Boulevard allows expiration dates for packages but does not allow us to cap how many times a package can be sold.

    Having the ability to set a maximum number of package sales (e.g., “only 10 available”) would create urgency, support scarcity-based marketing, and help us manage inventory and demand during promotions. This is especially important for high-value seasonal offers and limited-run services.

    We would love the option to specify a total number of units available per package, after which the package can no longer be purchased.

  10. We need the possibility to have the form in different languages, the idea is that boulevard used a translation service. could be integrating Ai or at least give us the option to create the form in English and create another one in other language, and the customer have the availability of switching languages. This last idea is is better so we ensure that the transaction is correct.

  12. When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

  13. Loyalty points are visible in the client profile via the dashboard but not on the Pro App. Most employees use the app so they should show the same info.

  15. I would like the option to have a membership charge every 4 weeks instead of monthly. Since medical weight loss programs often follow specific treatment cycles that don't align perfectly with standard monthly billing.

  17. I noticed the "charge and collect gratuity" option will pop up at check out for basically all payment methods (card, voucher redemption, etc), but when checking a client out using their account credits, that option does not pop up (it only says "charge"). As long as there is an external iPad connected during check-out, the "charge and collect gratuity" option should pop up for ALL check-outs the same.

  19. When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!
