  1. Setting that requires a card on file for ALL in house appointments. An appointment cannot be made, without having a card on file. Multiple team members frequently forget to collect card info when scheduling in house appointments. It would be helpful to have a setting that would not allow them to forget to collect card information to schedule the appointment.

  2. Our office has a number of providers that do not accept tips for their services and one that does. We would like the tipping option to not display for those that do not. It is awkward to have to tell the majority of our clients to not tip when the tipping screen opens for the sake of one employee that collects tips.

Create a way to create tasks and tag other colleagues, etc. For example, be able to flag an appt and ask the front desk staff to reschedule, tag something for someone else to review, create a task for someone to call and follow up with someone about something and choose the staff I want to assign it to

  4. you need a way to book lunch breaks easily, ongoing. the 52 week limit on ongoing repeated blocks is frustrating- should not have to remember to reset it every 52 weeks. Lunch breaks are pretty standard necessity in a schedule!!

    Also- it allows an opportunity for online scheduling to sneak through before you reset it )=

    Also an easier holiday feature to block would be nice

  5. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

  6. Would like this added to the Membership tab... If payment has failed and the client has put a new payment on file... it charges them for missed months but it would be better to know what months were missed on the order notes or invoices. We have had a few client issues with this because they get charged multiple times in a month to catch up and don't understand why. So there needs to be a change in wording on the receipts. Also on the backend, it would be nice to see when we refunded the membership in the membership…

  7. The new voucher payment update is helpful for us, but not helpful for accounting if we can't do custom weighting. Ex: we have a special offer that includes a massage ($92 service price) and sauna ($20 service price) for $85. In our reports, both of these services will show up as $42.50. But the reality is the massage is the core value, and the sauna is a "freebie bonus." We'd love to be able to weigh values accordingly (ex. massage $80 and sauna $5 or even $85 and $0)

  8. If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

  10. It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.

    Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

  11. I am new to Boulevard and disappointed to see the lack of ability to create Quotes for patient via print and email. I use quotes every day to promote my practice, increase revenue and improve client scheduling and outcomes. Quotes are essential to a successful practice. Had I known this was not an option I would have considered another EMR system.

  13. Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

  17. where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online

    right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

  19. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.
