  5. Current Process:

    Group checkout:

    • move forward with closing out a guest, or dragging the name to Completed
    • Minimize window & drag separate clients name into the minimized checkout window. This will add the client to the checkout, now you could perform a group checkout.

    Possible Idea:

    When a client will be checked out, the checkout window will have an option under "Services" that may say "Add client to checkout". Clicking this option will bring up the list of current clients.

    Why?:

    1. Saves time. Ease of use, little to no learning curve as to how to add a client to your…

  8. ...could we get some additional precautions added to the appt confirmation messages to include a couple more symptoms than the COVID preamble such as fever, sores, swollen lymph nodes. We have already had 12 clients cancel appts due to state mandated isolation requests.

  10. changing or switching services in the register instead of having to go in and change the actual appointment. People get blowdrys instead of haircuts or a toner is added. It would be ideal to just add it in the register.
