Forms for Add-Ons Services
We use add-ons often for services to help us streamline booking. It would be very beneficial to have forms attached to add-on services such as waxing.

Sometimes clients ask for additional services during an appointment. We would like to have the ability to assign any form to an existing appointment. or at least have the ability to have forms assigned to add-on services.

Many spas allow clients to select add-ons on forms upon arrival.
In our case, select add-ons on forms, that then add to the calendar to automate the process.
