  1. With the latest update to the booking system, blvd separated appointment scheduling from product sales to provide a more streamlined and organized experience for both practitioners and patients. To complement this change, we propose a new feature that notifies practitioners immediately when a patient makes a product purchase rather just in the daily summary sales that some staff roles do not have access to. We propose that when a patient completes a product purchase via the updated booking link, the system will automatically send a real-time notification to the software/practitioner.   3. We would like a way to stagger/ space out when Membership perks are received by the Client after a membership purchase.

    For example, a client would get to get a trusculpt or truflex each month with a total of 10 truflex and 2 trusculpt. The trusculpt need to be spaced out to mo 2 and 7 while truflex they would receive the other months.

  4. We have 90 referral sources and we would like the ability to group them. I.E. all monthly promotions but also be able to track the success of each month.

  6. When creating new forms/charts, there should be an auto save. Creating the forms on computers/laptops with sensitive track pads will often go back to previous page and the work that was input on the form is erased and has to be started again. With the creation of these forms being timely and tedious an auto-save feature would be extremely helpful.

  7. If we want to know the patient’s previous neurotoxins and placements during an exam, there isn’t a way to easily move between previous visits.

    we would like a split view added that would make this easy and accessible.

  8. Can average visit value pull from products? We are an injectable practice. It would be great if products were reflected in the patient chart for Appts, revisits and Average Visit Value. It looks like this is only set for services. Thank you

  9. There is a lot to be desired in the marketing suite and it is expensive for higher volumes of emails. What I spend for a ONE TIME blast I could put towards an entire different program that includes texting and unlimited emails. I need to be able to have all my contacts uploaded to a marketing program that also houses contacts from our website and other forms that may not be from BLVD.

  12. Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

  13. You guys should add more options after an image is uploaded to edit the image. We do a lot of before and afters and sometimes the photos need to be zoomed in and modified a bit to look correct before we can compare two images side by side.

  14. I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.

  15. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  18. A way similar of merging client profiles, but for staff/employees. Let's say a service provider leaves the company but returns at some point. We of course would like to market to the previous clients and also have reports under the same name. At present if for some reason a manager makes a new profile for the employee, there will always be two. Without the ability to merge, as time goes on the issues continue indefinitely.

  20. Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.
