  4. Currently cancelled appointments just go away. Instead, having them turn red or another color that signifies it was cancelled would help us.

  5. It would be really helpful if sticky notes or chart alerts could pop up automatically when opening a patient profile or appointment.

    For example, if a patient has an important note like “Allergic to numbing cream”, “Patient frequently passes out" or “Red flag patient”, it would be ideal for that information to appear immediately rather than relying solely on tags or digging into the patient record.

    Tags are great for categorization, but pop-up notes would ensure that urgent or safety-related information is seen right away by anyone working with that patient.

  6. It would be very helpful to have a visible icon or indicator on each appointment to show whether a client has completed their required forms.

    Currently, we have to click into each client’s profile to check if their forms are filled out. Having a quick visual cue (for example, a red alert icon if forms are incomplete and a green check if they are complete) would save time and help ensure all paperwork is in order before the appointment.

  8. Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

  10. Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

  11. I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. This has serious financial implications for both our business and our clients. Having to create a specific service and schedule it on our calendar just to send a form is messy and frankly I…

  12. The prices being shown on online booking often makes the client think they are being charged right then and there. There is a tiny blurb about how the CC isn’t going to be charged but most people overlook that. There needs to be an option to switch this off. I’m running ads and it’s losing me clients on the back end

  19. Allow new client creation/sales to be conducted on iPad.
    When selling at community events, we have to bring a laptop, an iPad and the Duo. Each device needs to then have a hotspot and to be fully charged for the event. Why not let us create a new client/sale on the iPad AND use the iPad to checkout? It would eliminate the need for 3 devices.
