  1. There are some high ticket items that we do not want to add a tip feature (injectables no tip but facials yes tip) but there is no way of limiting this feature per service

  2. An owner or admin of the account should have full access to their MR system in voiding credits or changing credits. SO often patients pre pay for syringes of filler and change what filler they want but they cant use their credit appropriately and i cant void their banked units. Or they pre pay for sculptra and choose radiesse etc. We need a way to be able to adjust product units that are banked!

  3. During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

  6. My state just passed a bill requiring sick time pay and all commissioned stylist have to start clocking in and out to track hours worked. Hours Worked is not always equivalent to Hours Booked. Can this category be added to the staff performance report?
    The Dept of Labor requires that commissions paid be equivalent to at least minimum wage, so this is an important report to have!

  9. Be able to use a previous gallery photo in a current chart. We do not always get day of photos of patients and need to be able to use old photos in the gallery for a current chart. Right now, we have to screenshot the old photo and upload it as new. We end up having the same photo in the patient's gallery over and over.

    Currently, clients are prompted to pay a deposit at the time of online booking—even if they’ve already purchased a prepaid membership or package that covers the service. This can lead to confusion, duplicate payments, and a poor booking experience.

    Requested Behavior:
    If a client has a valid prepaid package or membership that applies to the service being booked, the system should automatically recognize this and waive the deposit requirement during online checkout.

  14. I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view. The female request tag should be a different color, preferably pink since its universally recognized as a "girl" color and would make it easier to read since we work in a fast paced environment and every second counts. We have to keep going into the service to read whether its male or female request when the color change would be read without having to even click on the appt.

  18. Need to have the option for the Business Service Charge to calculate based on Product Usage Cost. We want to see the cost of the product deduct from the service price and have commission calculate off of that sub-total.

    Example- Botox is $15/unit and want $6.32/unit to be removed and have commission calculate off of that subtotal.

    10 units at $15 = $150.00 minus 10 units at $6.32 = $86.80 (the service subtotal that commission will calculate off of)
