  4. Similar to client tags, being able to tag staff members and filter the calendar by those tags.
    Example use case: narrow down calendar by service speciality.

  5. If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

  7. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. With BLVD at least one of the connections goes down daily. Personally I would prefer a…

  12. The Marketing suite is horrible! It is so difficult to use. You need to make it easier because it is also extremely expensive. I left Booker to come to you and their marketing suite which is called Frederick is easy to use. With you guys I had to get mailchimp to send emails. I am not happy about this at all.

  13. If we know a patient needs to reschedule but they don't yet know what time would work for them or they haven't responded back to an offered time...there should be a wait list spot for us to move the unscheduled appointment to until they respond. This way we can move it off of the schedule to free up their original spot for other patients but not have to cancel and remake there appointment when they do eventually respond/or are ready to reschedule and the appt can keep its original notes etc.

  14. We would like to run a report that shows us the profits on performed services. To do this, we need to be able to enter in the actual unit prices of products used in services. Right now, active products allow us to enter in default unit price, we would like the same for services.

  18. This feature would give us the ability to customize the security logout timings by employee and not only for everyone as a whole.

    It's important for our front desk girls to have a shorter time as they are constantly up and down from their desks and we don't want mistakes to be made under the wrong name.

    For providers, they all have their own iPads and chart during their consultations/appointments. Sometimes they forget to press the save draft button on their EHR notes and the notes delete when it force logs them out.

  19. When you download a summary, it has the date range for the summary in the file name. When you download a custom report it just has the report name. This is hard when you need multiple reports of different date ranges and they are all named "Custom report.csv" and "Custom report(1).csv" It would be nice to have the date range for the report like the summaries have.

  20. When manually adding account credit or vouchers to a client's account it would be nice to have the ability to add a note to describe why they're being added. Sometimes they're due to previous circumstances or customer service, so adding the reason would be helpful for questions in the future
