  2. I would love to see a bank of Templates to choose from that are customizable. My former program had that and it reduced time making them. For a spa that has many, many services, it is very time consuming to make these. Also, helpful to compare to make sure nothing is missed. Just a thought That has been the most challenging part of moving to Boulevard.

  4. having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.

  5. Add service and product names as columns in the Payments & Refunds report to eliminate the need for cross-referencing with the Detailed Line Item report. This enhancement would streamline the reporting process by allowing users to see transaction details and the specific services/products in a single view, improving efficiency in financial tracking and reconciliation.

    Current Pain Point: Users must manually cross-reference between two different reports to match order numbers with their corresponding services and products, making the process time-consuming and potentially error-prone.

  8. It would be great for the system to reflect the original single service price and have the option to show the discount based off package price. This is essential to show the client how much they are actually saving.

  10. I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

  12. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.

  13. We need to be able to charge taxes on gift cards at the time of purchase. Otherwise our system charges taxes at the time of redemption which puts the taxes on us or we have to charge the client taxes which takes away from the purpose of the gift card and is not a smooth client experience.

  14. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

  15. I wish it wouldn't send an email to us when we cancel an appointment for a patient. When a patient cancels their own appointment, it is super helpful that we get those emails because front desk goes through and contacts those patients to get rescheduled. It just makes it confusing when we get the emails for the appointments that front desk cancelled themselves. Or even if those emails could say something different showing that it was cancelled by a provider/employee.

  16. Considering there is currently no way to mass update unit costs for products, it would be nice to have a "save this as the default unit cost" checkbox next to the price when receiving purchase orders.

  17. We have several clients that wish to use their card on file to pay for other people (their spouse, friend, child, etc.) when they don't have an appointment at the same time. It is frustrating for us as the business as well as clients to have to re-enter their card information onto each client's profile they wish to pay for. If there was a way to easily transfer that information such as setting up a paying client or marking clients as minors under a parent account so their card will populate, that would be very helpful.

  18. Some elements in form/charts need follow up questions, they only need to show if the first part is used. It's bulky to have them all show even if it's not relevant.
    Examples:
    Question 1: checkbox A is selected -> show follow-up Question B
    or
    Element 2 photo has markup -> require Question C.

  19. If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

  20. Would be great if the purchase orders retained the suppliers name on the download versus our salon name. (Like what you see in Blvd) We use them to email the order in and having our own name when we download to send doesn't make it easy to decipher what supplier gets which p.o. unless we rename every purchase order.
