Upload photos on intake forms
Per Glowbar: "We are looking to see if the intake form has a way to upload a photo so that clients can take pictures of their skin at its current state prior to their virtual consult. This would be extremely helpful to our appointments and allows for the best service to our clients."

Now, anyone completing a form can upload an image, or if they're on a mobile device, they can capture the image directly in Boulevard. Alert for a gift card code already in use
We need to have an alert when selling a gift card with a code that's already in use as it's caused us to unintentionally add funds to an existing gift card not related to the client purchasing the new gift card

Easier to find link to complete forms
After patients click the link in the email to complete the forms, they are having trouble finding the link in the light blue type at the top of the page to complete the forms

Custom appointment confirmations & reminders
In the dashboard, we would like custom fields to add custom copy for text messages and emails and select which method of communication we prefer for reminders and confirmations.
For example, most of our clients utilize SMS vs. emails and we would like to have the option to turn off email communication and utilize only text. In the Manage Business section, we would like to add a Client Communication section so we can have more options for communication. The options should be for both separately ie.
Appointment Confirmations:
- Text Messages
- Emails
- Both
Appointment Reminders:
- Text Messages
- Emails
- Both

441 votesBoulevard's automated confirmation and reminders SMS are able to be customized with additional verbiage, links to forms and appointment details, and cancellation policy. Locations are able to select whether they'd like opted-in clients to receive notifications via sms.

Thank you screen immediately after client clicks "Done signing"
After a client clicks done nothing happens for a minute while it's sending back to the desktop. Would be great if a pop up or new screen that said "Thank You" came up so the client isn't continuing to click done

Book Client from the client list tab
When you look up the client in the client list to see what their past servie was, you currently cannot book that client from that tab. You have to go over to the calendar tab. You should be able to BOOK that client when you look them up in the client list tab.

Ability to copy info from previous chart into a new chart
Many intake forms are very similar with a lot of the same information and small variants between. It would be super helpful and time saving to be able to duplicate a form entirely, or at least be able to copy/paste the components between two forms.

Immediate Confirmation Texts
our clients would prefer to receive a text immediately after booking rather than an email. An option for both would be great. If someone makes an appointment with us over the phone we prefer to just take their number down rather than have them spell out an email.

Different colors for different appts
I know each stylist gets their own column color but I think it would be helpful to add a colored bar to the left of the appointment scheduled so you can better differentiate which appointments are which. For example, if its a cut only, a yellow bar along the left side of the appt. If its a wax, a pink bar and etc. I've had this feature with the last 2 booking programs I've used and it's helpful and easy to glance at your day and see what types of appts are scheduled.

Send and Close Button
Would be great to have an option when sending a text to client in a message thread to also be able to close the thread. So instead of hitting the "Send" button and then scrolling to the top of the thread to close it, you can just hit ONE button that sends the text and immediately closes the thread.

Differentiate client forms v. internal forms on the Forms tab on client profiles
Adding forms to the client profile was very helpful! Thank you! It would be really useful if the forms for a client were separated by Client vs Internal forms.

With this update, you can now see a column that will show "form" or "chart". We've also added a filter to show only forms or charts. Separate Link for Memberships
We would like to be able to link from our website directly to the part of the widget that books memberships. The reason is that on the first page of the widget, it is not readily apparent that memberships are available. So we would like to be able to connect directly to the second page of the widget- the one that shows single service or membership.
