  2. It would create a more cohesive brand and user experience to be able to customize what forms look like to clients, especially when surfacing in a custom app. Otherwise, an iframe must be used to embed it anywhere outside the standard flow.

  3. When a refund is issued on Boulevard, the system should automatically revoke any applied vouchers and deduct the corresponding points from the user's account. This ensures that the refund process is seamless, and there is no confusion or discrepancy regarding the voucher or points balance.

  6. The business is wanting the ability to have more then one register. They are a single location but they have multiple "register setups" within the business.

  7. On the history tab where we put our comments/notes for the visit, after so many visits they disappear and we are unable to look back at those notes.
    Maybe add a next page button so we can still have record of all appt notes.

  8. I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.

    I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

  9. Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

  10. In history, it should just show the entire details of the order to avoid the constant back and forth when wanting to see more details. Or at least have Order history and APPT history separately

  11. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  12. This would allow for splitting of commissions on products and/or services.

    • Potentially: if we build out the ability to assign multiple sellers in the checkout window we’ll be able to pass that data down to the Compensation App accordingly

As a growing medical spa, the amount of time spent having to export data, then do our own calculations, to figure out commissions is unacceptable for the amount of $$ we are spending for this platform. This will only get worse with more employees. Why is there not an option for the business service charge (or CTC) to be taken out of our "add on" services such as Botox and Fillers? We give a commission percentage to our staff after the Cost to Company is removed from the total cost on top of their hourly (because CTC is extremely high).…

  15. Would love if you could just add one photo block for before and one for after and fit more than one photo on it. Instead of needing multiple photo blocks, it would help documentation look cleaner and I could have all I need in one spot rather than lots of scrolling.

  17. Right now only Reports has the option to give certain individuals access to view if they do not have it. I would love to see this on summaries as well, so that certain reports can be viewed and printed by eligible staff members, while other summaries owners don't want employees to be seen can be hidden. I would love to print the Daily Summary so I can see the payment methods and make sure the receipts add up to the report, while still hiding the Commission Summary for example.

  18. Ability to set up an alert to a specific email address when a new appointment is booked by a certain client. The use case is for location managers to receive an advanced alert when a VIP client books an appointment to prepare their staff and salon.

  20. Our nail salon needs services to happen simultaneously so people can get their manicures and pedicures at the same time instead of back to back. The only way for clients to book this way online is through the Group appointment link, however since it is only themselves it’s not obvious enough and they book an individual appointment. Please allow us to change “group” to “multiple” and it should help this issue significantly!
