  1. Upon checking out the Total balance shows up and does not reflect other forms of payment already added to the total , Can the "other" payments added first reflect ahead and show the new total to be charged to the client when they are reviewing payment confirmation charge. The total is misleading for patients when agreeing to the payment charge.

  5. We are a soap notes required biz.
    We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.

  6. For medical aesthetics, we want to see a quick snapshot of the appointments when we open the patient profile. I want to see the picture above the appointment, the treatment performed what was injected, or how many units were injected under the picture. Also, the provider can open the invoice attached to the appointment to see what was charged. It needs to be more aesthetic medical spa friendly

  7. Alerts if client/patient has a history of no-shows or cancels often.

    Ex. When we're choosing a reason, client canceled, client no-showed, if we're choosing the reason, if the system could recognize that as: "Hey, history of no -shows or one no -show", it would help prepare for that appointment.

  8. We are switching from Mindbody which has an AI feature built in which we have used tremendously. The AI answers missed calls via text scheduling, rescheduling, or answering questions. It can be built into the practice website to have an extra scheduling option. This feature schedules appointments totally of $5,000+ for us each month when we are closed or on another line with a client.

  9. Idea: With the new checkout flow, the total is doesn't always show on the iPad when clients are using different forms of payment (card + account credit, or card + gift cards). Show all line items and total

    Feedback: Are there any plans to update it again to show the actual charge? This is becoming a consistent issue with our clients unfortunately. We have been accused of over charging serval guests because the Boulevard Duo is not reflecting the actual charge

  15. The business wants to enter the referral source at the time you are searching for availability. SO right before you would click View Times or Select Time on Calendar. They would like an option within that part of the pop up.
