  2. We receive all the information via email for cancellations but when we receive a text, the date of the actual appointment being cancelled is missing. So then they have to log in and figure out who cancelled. Can you please add the date so our stylists can fill their day?

  3. I would love an option when sending out weekly reports to service providers, to filter out orders with multiple providers. I.E., when I currently send out reports for service provider Megan, it also includes totals from orders where the client had services from Megan and other stylists.

  4. A lot of products have similar names - moisturizing shampoo, etc. Would be a time saver if the brand names were automatically pulled in so that when we are adding a product to a ticket we will automatically know its the right one!

    Would also cut down on us having to type it into the product name

  5. We'd love to see bank deposits match the total daily sales amounts. We'd be ok with slightly delaying the transfer time if it meant that the deposited amounts (as seen in the Transfers section in Boulevard) matched daily sales totals. Thank you!

  6. Major salons often have other locations abroad: Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, etc.

    Right now we can't tap into these salons because our software does not translate to international locations. Having this functionality would allow us to go after these big fish and expand our sales market.

When processing partial refunds for a service, having the option to "lock" Gratuity for the reason that if the gratuity was not a dollar amount and was a percentage, the gratuity now has to be calculated outside of Blvd. The total amount of the transaction at the bottom of the checkout window is also not intuitive.   11. Customers keep thinking you sign on the line that appears on the first screen and don't know that you have to tap above it to put in your phone or email. Could the line be changed to just simply a button or something?

Using Square as a previous POS system, there was an option to send a 1 time/daily/weekly, etc. e mail campaign to clients letting them know about anything from holiday hours to newsletters to vacation days of a certain stylist, pricing changes etc. Should have an option to send from boulevard as well with client e mails being attached.

  20. It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.
