  3. Time clock should be linked to productivity for hourly employees and also stylists to track when and if someone is late/how often and how that effects their productivity in taking appointments etc.

  6. There should be a full report of what was in the register from start of day to end of day - image attached from old system. If the register was short it stays short and we know when that happened in one report without having to search. Shows all of the day's transactions in one place/report.

  7. This is CRUCIAL for large operations that have multiple clients with the same first and last names.

    Scenario:

    John Smith_1 at Location 1, 18 visits

    John Smith_2 at Location 2, 25 visits, location 1 4 visits

    John Smith_3 at Location 2, 30 visits

    At current, all of these clients would be John Smith, which could cause A LOT of problems in booking phone appointments. If the clients are self booking it shouldn't be an issue.

    I think what should be done is that clients that have identical names have auto label as follows in this scenario:
    John Smith1 would

  11. ...when I toggle to a specific date and then click the New Appointment on the top right.

    See video for explanation and steps to recreate issue.

    At the moment, when a client calls in for an appointment on a specific date, I will go to the calendar, choose the date (11/9 for this example), and when I click on the "New Appointment" button at the top right, it reverts the calendar for today's date and makes me choose the date again if not for the present day.

Hey guys, we've noticed that whenever people are booking online that they're not reading the sentences that says "your card will not be charged", is there anyway we can add an alert box that says the same thing. just because A LOT of clients are coming in thinking they already paid. I understand it says it right there, but just a suggestion.

  13. When someones booked for a service sometimes we need to add more to that appointment, so if there was a tab that popped up it would be so much easier rather than trying to click that sliver of space.

  20. It would be helpful for all staff to see customized pricing for the service when scheduling services from the dashboard. When selecting a service and then service provider, pricing should be on the appointment card directly to help in providing transparency to customers.
