  1. It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...

  3. Starting to enter a new client clears the form and the phone number is lost.

    When creating new appointment - will search by a phone number, if phone number doesn't come up they'll click "create new client" - but number they entered defaults to "first name". When they delete the number from first name, the entire "new client" form disappears

  5. When working with a client it would be great to just add a product recommendation to their appointment ticket so it's already there at checkout and doesn't need to be added. Or at least be able to add the product recommendation to their profile so the front desk knows specifically what was recommended

  7. When changing the seller of a product it takes effect on the date of the change, not the date of the sale. I often change these commissions after the close of a pay period which can result in negative commissions on the next pay period (which my payroll company won't accept). It would be better for the changes to be effective as of the original date to keep things all on one pay period.

    • Service provider came in late/left early and management wants that ALWAYS shown for transparency to all staff.

  10. you should have plug in button that we can put on our website that says "start texting" so all they have to do is press that button and it will route them to their imessage with our numer already there so they can text directly from the website like instagram has

  12. ...not sick currently, not in contact with a COVID case, and willing to observe the salon and local health department's policies for the planned appointment. (if the salon and/or business partner enables this setting).

    Depending on state, city, and salon; there are many concerns regarding making sure that salons are best equipped to continue on during this crisis. Having this prompt that the clients would have to check off or affirm will provide Boulevard salons one further thing to share with their staff and clients that the salon (and software suite) are doing in the name of better public health…

  14. It would be more streamlined if clients could see from the Appointment Preferences page on the widget that there is an option to purchase a membership or package (if applicable). Right now, they have to click into Individual Appointment. Making it more obvious from the get go would be helpful.

  16. Please provide a business level setting to require the reschedule button to bring up the appointment search. By using the calendar you are bypassing many of the safety features of Boulevard (resources, service limitations, etc...) it forces the front desk to know all of those limitations rather than having the software do it for them.

  17. A service and/or product would have a "link to product/service" available for circulation to a client. It would particularly be helpful for anything that isn't offered publicly on our site or as a quicker way to get client to checkout for one item.

For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.
