Automated Pre and Post care instructions to be sent out with select services. This way as soon as clients book an appointment they are sent the appropriate forms to fill out as well as a second email with pre-care instructions (for us this would be for permanent makeup services). This way when they arrive for their appointment they are set up for success. Then, upon checkout, they would be sent another email with their aftercare instructions. This would be amazing!!

Right now, we have POST care docs sent out with PRE docs... and the patients can't actually get to them after they sign.. so yes, POST care docs need some better solutions, please!

It would be really helpful for an automation to have the ability to be triggered at check out, or for a form to be triggered at checkout. We have a lot of post care documents that we send after treatment. This would take away a lot of manual work.

We should be able to set up texts to be sent out for each service. We would like to send pre/post care out when they book and again a few days before the appointment. We would also like to automatically text postcard and a thank you notes as soon as they check out

Please have an option to automatically email out discharge instructions to clients based on which service was provided. Also please send out instructions that are appointment-specific

Would be IMMENSE if we could select automated campaigns to send once a *certain service* is completed (and booked, too, would be fabulous). Ie: I am a PMU artist at an establishment where many other services are offered. I would like my aftercare info to be sent automatically to clients once a PMU procedure is completed. A step further would be an automated campaign for certain services *upon booking*--I would be able to email them Pre-Care information so I know they have it. Because these emails only apply to me and we have 8 other practitioners, the ability to select specific services is important. Thank you!!! I love how often y'all update features!

We keep losing text messages and not following up with clients because they get lost among all the other text messages, especially since automated texts can clog up the feed.
It would also be amazing to flag a message to follow up with a specific person that has access, or if providers could have text conversations they are engaged with in a folder or something that is for them to respond to. It would be important for the admin to see all messages from all clients, but currently, every employee can see messages from everyone else.

First off thank you BLVD team for really kicking butt on constantly rolling out changes. Each change that comes to better the platform is appreciated.
I love the new client notifications section. I would like to see the ability to send out follow-up text after appointment after X days. This is a pain point for us to do manually and seems like it would be a great addition. Thanks!

I would really appreciate this feature! Right now we have to manually send after care instructions to every client, which is time consuming. Please add this automation to Boulevard asap!

we need post care instructions and follow up sent automatically. so for botox- follow up sent 2 weeks after so it is fully set in. 1 week after for Morpheus, peels etc

We would love to send a customizable thank you text to our guests automatically when they check out. The same way we send an appointment reminder or confirmation but when they check out instead. This could be something that asks the guest how their service was, or sends a link to review the salon, or talks about a referral program.
