I already use the email marketing feature, but we have, in the past with Vagaro, seen a better return with text marketing. Text marketing has a higher return rate and I would like to see it implemented within Boulevard.

Sending multiple texts at once, or in a group chat.

We send updates to the team every morning.
It would be a lot easier if I can type all of them and separate with commas just like a group text or a blast email to separate people!

Also regarding multiple people viewing the texts:
I would like to be able to forward front desk messages to our stylists.
For instance a client will send in photos of their hair they want to achieve via text through BLVD and stylist have to come up to the front and view on our screen where as we could forward them the messages.

Another issue: Selecting messages and deleting them faster rather than clicking each one and closing in the top right.
Just like regular text messages there should be a select all or a check mark the you can check them all individually and delete all at once.

Give us the option to send sms blasts in addition to email. Sometimes sms has a better return since more people look at their phone and not everyone will check email on a daily basis.

We need to be able to send out a mass text to our audience please!

its super important. email marketing rarely reaches my clients. its much more effecting to send a text about price increase or asking for a review then through email.

This would be perfect for send mass text for sales, as all clients do not check their emails.

Feedback: I just feel like Boulevard is always behind Meevo when it comes to the features. I love how you guys are styled and set up but are behind the times.

We wanted to send a text blast about an event we had about a week before. The same day doesn't have the same effect.

This would be soo helpful! Also, adding 'unread' or 'new message' to the message drop down menu. It would help to not have to scroll through dozens or sometimes hundreds of messages to find new/unread messages would be great!

Enable Text Message Marketing to promote one time announcements and more effectively get in contact with clients about important events. No one checks their email or not as often as texts.

This would be amazing! I feel like people's emails get overrun with so much spam that our emails for marketing get overlooked. Being able to send mass SMS messages with availability would be awesome because people's eyes would be on it almost immediately.

We often have times where we create invitations and would love to add them to a one-time blast text message. We are able to do this through email but having it as a text option would be more more convenient.

A way to send out mass texts to clients like we do with the emails

my previous system offered this feature and it was significantly cheeper at only $25 a month. I didn't even this about asking if it was available because it seemed like a basic feature especially for the significant cost of this booking system.

The business would like the ability to send a text message before or after a appointment in a text blast.

I logged on to the site to put in this idea exactly. This would be a critical feature to implement as soon as possible to be competitive.

vagaro does this as an add on feauture. and they are way cheaper per month. this is a premium service we pay for and should be included since the clients are mostly on text and emails get lost in the sea of messages
