Alerts for Past Due Memberships
There should be alerts when membership charges don't process via the bell notifications. It's cumbersome to have to remember to look at past due memberships in the "memberships" section of the gear icon. Time is of the essence for addressing billing issues. Front desk employees often dismiss the open orders where it declined and there's no alert or obvious label on that open order about how it's a membership charge that declined and needs to be addressed.

Agree with everyones comments! We lose revenue and waist valuable time having to do this manually ourselves

This would be a huge unlock for us - we lose a lot of revenue because of the fact that when membership charges fail, no one is alerted to it (employee nor client). It also creates friction in our shops because clients will come in not realizing their membership is past due, and we don't have a direct way to process their membership charge in the moment.

Agree with all these comments and would also like to add that we should be able to enter a new membership with a future charge date. For instance, all of our membership payments go through on the 1st of the month so, we are having to hold all of the agreements and remember to put them through on the 1st of the following months

We need to be able to charge them for their membership right away when we've updated their card, but keep their auto billing date the same as it was before. Super frustrating the way it's done now. :/

If a membership is missing a cc, ability to generate a renewal order and charge out the membership same day.

It would be helpful if we received notifications every time a client's membership fails payment.

If a client's membership is past due, it should say it in bold/red letters at the top of their main profile page. As it is now, you have to specifically look into their membership to see if it is past due, but this information should be more prominent.

Automated email outreach to member clients who are past due. Ideally, allow them to automatically update payment via email.
