Immediate Confirmation Texts
our clients would prefer to receive a text immediately after booking rather than an email. An option for both would be great. If someone makes an appointment with us over the phone we prefer to just take their number down rather than have them spell out an email.

Right now clients only receive an email for new appointment, but will receive an email and a text for confirmation. Many of our clients rely almost completely on texts, not email and would rather receive a text with new appointment details. At a minimum we should be able to automatically send both.

Basically, all the same features email confirmations, but available for texts. (Booking confirmations immediately after, cancellation confirmations, etc.)

I was wondering if it would be possible to allow messages to be sent to clients as soon as we hit "send". Being able to get a hold of clients via SMS is as important as calling, since not everyone answers there phones. I notice clients are getting direct messages from us hours later then when was sent out or not getting them at all when their SMS notification is turned on. Also Clients should get a confirmation text as soon as their appointment is booked. If that is by themselves or we book them on our end. The fast confirmation text would help people physically see you will be notified as soon as possible and being able to respond will help with any small questions and help clients that have phone anxiety to be able to communicate to us.

We need confirmation emails/texts to go out prior to 72 hours per our cancellation policy. Otherwise it doesn't make sense for our business.

Not all clients add their email address. Many book the day before the the morning of. The 48 hours is not good for us. Also we have two locations and some are going to the wrong address. We should be able to include the location in the text like we are able to in the email confirmation. Please change this policy.

The system we used before Blvd sent a text right after booking an appointment instead of an email and our clients loved that feature.

It would be helpful to be able to change the time that confirmation email and text reminders are sent out at. We would also love to be able to send booking confirmations automatically via text.
