  1. We are a med spa and we run sales often. There are many times where we are offering services purchased at a discount to be used in the future. It would be extremely helpful to be able to pre-sell a service, to be redeemed at a future date. This was possible in Mindbody, and has been a big issue for us now.   3. Just like there is a cancellation list/notification for each cancellation, there should be a list for all new appointments made, not just online, but by ALL STAFF/front desk as well. Especially when training new staff at the front desk. As an owner, I can't monitor or review their work and ensure excellent customer service, up front for these appointments, in case they make a mistake. I think an All New Appointment log is critical to monitor all new business coming in.

  5. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  7. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

  11. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  12. having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.

  14. Allow the ability to create a template note for charts (example-consistent charting on botox appointments) that is easy for the provider to pull up and add to the chart instead of having to free type every appointment chart note.

  19. With prior POS software we got a popup message indicating that a client's appointment was affected when we removed a working day for a service provider. I recently did this and there was no indication from the software letting us know that a client had booked an appointment on one of the days that had been removed from her schedule. We would like to be notified so we can make arrangements to reschedule the client to a different provider and/or different date.

  20. When creating new forms/charts, there should be an auto save. Creating the forms on computers/laptops with sensitive track pads will often go back to previous page and the work that was input on the form is erased and has to be started again. With the creation of these forms being timely and tedious an auto-save feature would be extremely helpful.
