  1. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  2. It would be very helpful if the business could receive some sort of statement of credit card fees charged broken down by card type (debit/credit) to have full visibility into fees being assessed by Offset.

  3. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  5. Instead of a gentle "Your appointment has been cancelled", the No-Show message would hold a more appropriate tone if it was "You've been recorded as NO-SHOW for your appointment".

  6. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  7. Have a way for the Discount Reasons/Codes to be toggled off when not in use. Then we don't have to delete and readd when they are used again. This will keep reporting accurate, so the name isn't different from the first time it was used. It will also keep the checkout drop down list cleaner and quicker for the front desk teams to find their active promo/discount.

  8. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.

  10. We are a soap notes required biz.
    We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.

  11. Alerts if client/patient has a history of no-shows or cancels often.

    Ex. When we're choosing a reason, client canceled, client no-showed, if we're choosing the reason, if the system could recognize that as: "Hey, history of no -shows or one no -show", it would help prepare for that appointment.

  12. We are switching from Mindbody which has an AI feature built in which we have used tremendously. The AI answers missed calls via text scheduling, rescheduling, or answering questions. It can be built into the practice website to have an extra scheduling option. This feature schedules appointments totally of $5,000+ for us each month when we are closed or on another line with a client.

    1. Stylists should be able to see who booked the appointment from their app, not just from the receptionist's view on desktop
    2. It would be nice to see the whole week
    3. Sending messages through the app to contact clients/see confirmations
    4. Stylist could see their merchant account info in their app
