  1. If an idea is submitted for functionality we would like to see in this app, we have no way of knowing whether or not it's approved. Additionally, if approved, we would like to be able to see a status of where it is in the queue and approximate rollout date.

  2. Please don't make a username/password (log-in) a requirement to schedule online.

    For people that want the app features like checking history and upcoming appnts, adding payment methods etc, let them get the app and create a log-in. Other clients don't want to do this, they just want to book an appointment.

    With another software system we are currently using, it's not possible to schedule online without registering in the client portal and most of our clients hate this. Thanks!

  4. I need the chart to come up in a separate tab/window and not on the same screen so two charts can be open at the same time to reference. Same as before

  6. When clients are booking online they are not sure on exactly what each service is or what they should be booking for. So it would be great if on the online booking it would give a brief description of what each service is.

    The "Active" Status within the Front Desk view can be used to indicate an appointment that is currently in progress. If you do not currently have the "Active" appointment status visible in your Front Desk view, it can be enabled in the Manage Tab, under "Active Appointment State -> Enable Active Appointment State"

  11. Have the option to disable the Reschedule button for clients on the confirmation email.

  12. Enhancements are services within the main service time - they do not add any time to the appointment but they attract an additional fee for additional work and have to be added in separately. Hence, there should be the option to add the service to the list for zero minutes.

    Our new "Review Order" and "Confirm Total" screens on your Duo app will now display the itemized order details. Confirm your Duo app is updated to version 1.285.303 or later and ensure these screens are enabled from within the Settings page of your Hardware tab. 

  18. Many times we have to revise bookings or contact a customer to see if they preferred one of the two stylists they booked with, or if they truly don't care and just wanted first available. It's a nuisance that we are encountering almost every day when someone books online it assigns their services to multiple stylists.

    Some salons have stylists who just do cut or just do color services, and some have stylists who do both. This should be a feature we can enable or disable from online booking based on the salon's needs.

    Hello folks! Thank you for your product feedback! You’ll be happy to hear that we recently released advanced charting’s new sign-off functionality. You can now designate certain staff members as reviewers, and they can review, add feedback, and approve any form or chart.

    Hey Folks!

    We love to see your input on how our product can better meet your needs. We’re excited to share that as of Thursday last week, all Boulevard customers can link a client portal login experience directly from their own website, and clients can also access client portal from self-booking. Once logged in, clients will see all of their past appointments and can manage upcoming appointments. To learn more, check out the changelog post.


    While the client portal idea is being marked as “complete” today, we’re not done.

    We’ve already received a lot of feedback on what other functionality you’d like to see for your clients. Please keep it up - we’d love to have you weigh in on some other client portal-related requests to help prioritize our roadmap:
