Agreed! We are constantly finding that new clients did not het the referral bonus due to only being able to select "friend" or "family" when filling out the new client intake form. It only gets changed if we verbally ask "how did you hear about us". As wonderful as my staff is, we are human and this question does not always get asked. Please please please come up with a better solution.

This is huge for our clinic. We see several minor clients as well as there parents. It is difficult to set up minor profiles as not all of them have an "extra phone number" or email address for the minor account. it is very confusing for the parents when they try to schedule online if they use the same email address for both accounts.

This would be huge for our clinic as we do several off-site events a year. It is always confusing for staff trying to book appointments ahead or day of.
