It would be incredibly helpful to have dual naming for services: a client-facing name for online booking, confirmations, and receipts, and a separate staff-facing name for the appointment book and reporting. For example, clients could see “Signature Customized Cut & Finish,” while staff see “Haircut & Style.” This would allow for stronger branding without cluttering the schedule and make day-to-day operations more efficient.
