    We have major tax implications for selling packages as products instead of services in our state. We need to be able to report on packages being sold as services, because they are in fact for services. We can't charge taxes when sold, because it's for services. But we are going to have to pay taxes on it, because it is showing up on our books as a product we sold.

    As a scheduler, I want to have a medical assistant's scheduled automatically blocked when the supported provider is booked for certain services, so that I can open the rest of the MA's schedule to book other services when not busy assisting.

    We can use our own platform, just need a secure way to share the links that are specific to each provider, and only need to be sent when certain services are booked.
