  2. Need to save WIP notes. I'm often interrupted while making a notes and I have to leave that clients chart and I lose the whole note.

    Limit the amount of times a client can self reschedule. For instance, we've had a client reschedule the same appoinment 6 times in just one month! That is very excessive and wish there was a way to control. May they get a warning stating they have reached the amount of reschedule and must call office to reschedule or something similar to that.
