There is NO need for a client to get an email/noticifcation when we move them into a different room or change a resource. I agree with Shawn - allow the business to toggle on notifications or off notifications for a resource/room change.

YES!! Please stop prompting an email/text update to a client when we change a room. This does not make sense and is annoying to a client. They don't need to know if we change a room or a resource.

I 1000% agree with you! The amount of time I spend updating and rectifying payroll because all the package services numbers are skewed is exhausting. We should be able to assign how the costs should be broken down int he package.

Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.
Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

When is this going to be fixed?! It is causing issues and such a time suck! Why can't the person booking the appointment just put in the name of the guest they are booking for! This has to be addressed ASAP! This has been an issue since 2021 and should be an easy fix. Please update asap.
