Pulling daily sales summaries and staff performance reports on a phone is miserable, so hard to see etc. If it could be available in the app that would be so amazing! Also would even take a “mobile view” to log in via web browser is that would make it happen quicker!

Other platforms we have had have always posted all reviews to google. I agree it should be all, so it’s an honest rating but we are having to get another program to have this feature and have turned off the asking how their service is via boulevard so they aren’t leaving those internal reviews. The clients think it’s a google review-we had a challenge to this and clients would say they left us a review but they didn’t on google, just via boulevard which no one sees. This is of a huge importance as building an online reputation is critical to the success of larger salons.
