As a provider, I'd like to see the full history of appointment changes on the calendar at a glance. Currently, when appointments are cancelled, they disappear and I have to go looking to see who it was. I would like a toggle to be added somewhere on the calendar screen to "Include Cancelled/Rescheduled Appointments" so they display as being grayed out.

Same here! It's very cumbersome to have to schedule and keep track of virtual appointments outside of our main scheduling system.

A practical example of how this would be useful is in the case of certain laser services that we offer. We need the patient to arrive 15 minutes prior to the actual laser treatment to have numbing cream applied to their face. We don't want the providers time to be spent sitting around waiting for their face to numb. They should be able to overlap appointments at the beginning, not at the end which are the only options available currently.

Having an EMR that doesn't require a birthdate on their profile is not only inconvenient, it's dangerous. We have two clients with the exact same name and the only way we can identify them now is through their phone number. If you are going to try to be a legitimate EMR, requiring certain identifying data is a must. This is something that should be fixed yesterday. Using a form to gather and store the DOB is not a valid workaround as it requires too many clicks to see that vital piece of information.

Our office has a number of providers that do not accept tips for their services and one that does. We would like the tipping option to not display for those that do not. It is awkward to have to tell the majority of our clients to not tip when the tipping screen opens for the sake of one employee that collects tips.
This is exactly what I'm looking for too. It's uncomfortable to ask for a credit card and I would like to be able to send a link to the patient to complete the booking. What I'd like to see is the ability to book an appointment with the option to send a link for the client to complete the booking by entering their credit card information. We would just tell them their appointment time won't be held if they don't complete the process.
