Our patients are requesting the ability to send and receive documents/attachments to our office securely through the patient portal.
It would also be helpful if patients could view a read-only version of documents they have previously signed (ie: post-treatment reminders).

Our previous software, Aesthetics Pro, had "drip campaigns" that could be customized to patient lists, be set up as marketing/retention type emails or purely education triggered by certain visit types. They could be scheduled for an amount of time before an upcoming service as pre-treatment reminders as well as after any service with specific post-care reminders. This is crucial for patient retention and has become an expectation of our patients. It elevates the patient experience to the next level. Without this feature, we are exponentially increasing our hands on, manual work of sending these emails to clients specific to their service type.
