So right now when someone adds an optional note when online booking, the only way we're seeing it is if we notice there is an icon on their appointment on the calendar. The issue is they could be booking months in advance and we never see the note. It would be great if that note came through as a text message. Then we would see it right away and could respond if necessary right away.

This really needs to be added. There is no way of knowing why there is a blank space on the calendar. Even if you know that it was because X person didn't show, etc. If you click on their profile there is no record of it.

I just came in here to add this idea. I realize that there is a button to do this after you click the "Complete Forms". But, I think there should be a link to this in the email.
