On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients. An error occurred while saving the comment Kat Rhodes commentedIt would make it so much easier if we could merge/link multiple appointments together without having to cancel and rebook the service. Then the guest's history is clogged up with cancelled appointments that weren't actual cancellations

Boulevard should provide a pop-up alert if we are trying to book with a service provider that does not perform the requested service, or if an appointment goes past their scheduled shift/business hours.
