Sometimes clients book an appt under their name, but the appt if for someone else. I would like to be able to change the client in the appt instead of having to create a brand new appt just to have the right client.

When clients check in the system automatically notifies their technician. It would be great if the Front Desk had the ability to notify the technician as well.
