  4. Give the option to adjust the add on duration time to more than just 5 minute increments.

    Duration times block me from generating revenue. As the provider, I do not need to see the patient for 5 minutes prior to their numbing time. Duration times block me from generating revenue 20 minutes out of every hour. That is not a sustainable business model. Duration times should be able to be dropped to 0
