For example, if we are trying to send the lost customer email, we should be able to set the specific audience to one specific service provider's client list or perhaps by clients who receive a specific service.

Loyalty points needs CUSTOMIZATION!!
The way you have it set up makes for some complicated math. We should be able to customize all earnings and redemptions in values less than zero to make the 1- 3% math work out better. Also need a way to customize adding loyalty points for things other than purchases so that customers can be automatically rewarded with a set points value for things like social tags, referrals, etc. PLEASE OVERHAUL THIS!! In the day and age where online retailers and big-box stores like Sephora and Nordstrom offer the same products with super sweet rewards, we need this in order to compete with them for retail sales.
