    After our 1st few weeks with Blvd we have already had 10+ clients book couples massages online using the "book a individual session" which obv only schedules 1 therapist which obv does not work for a couples massage. Clients think that they are set for couples because technically, they can book a couples under "individual" not understanding they only have 1 therapist for both of them. This is a huge problem for us. It is requiring us to meticulously go over each days' schedule and upsetting our clients when we cannot provide them w the appt. Please make it available for us to choose some services to not be individual (couples AND Four Hand) and only under group booking. Or fix this issue in another way. PLEASE!
