Clients sometimes think no one is available because they don't know to scroll down to view more available service providers on the drop down. If there was a scroll bar shown on the side when choosing a service provider after they've chosen the service when self booking, we wouldn't be getting waitlist requests for times that are actually available for the 2nd half of service providers not shown. (there are 13 of us so it takes a lot of scrolling sometimes.)
