When creating and appointment it shows the staff who booked it but if it is moved or altered the record is lost and it only shows the staff who adjusted it. Makes it hard to keep track of when/how appointments get edited/revised. Please show a report of who created the reservation, who edited, who removed it/what service has been removed, etc.

Currently the system makes clients make a new profile instead of merging with current client profile in our system. This causes too many duplicate accounts being created and clients are irritated about providing all their information repeatedly for every self booking.
