The ability to open an appointment and have a button for "send form to iPad" where you can choose the iPad would be a great solution for this! We currently use a paper form when this happens because it is too much of a pain to use the electronic ones.

This was one of the parts of the old messaging UI that we absolutely loved. Everyone at our desk is slightly distraught that it is gone.

Time elapsed is not super useful. The information I care more about is when it was actually sent without having to look at the current time and do math.
I also very much miss the sidebar with basic client information. That was the absolute best part of the old interface.
