    We have had children accidentally schedule under a deceased parent's account on accident and it is always weird to see it in the schedule. A way to archive, deactivate, or delete the profile would be super helpful!

    This has recently started happening to me too. It is weird that I can type "John Smith" and nothing shows up, but "John S" will show all of the John Smith profiles.

    But sometimes nothing will work to bring up their second profile. You can see it in the clients tab, but cannot find it to merge them.
