I like all of this! I would add that sometimes I would like the service provider to receive commission on the no-show or late cancellation fees, so having this as an option in setup would be awesome.

This would be helpful as we brought in several years of clients, some of whom have never even had an appointment since we transitioned to Boulevard. So now they are just dead weight. Even a way to "archive" them so they don't show up in our current client list would be helpful.

We often end up with people changing name on profile to a partner or child because they are allowed to change the name and they are already logged in. This is a nightmare for tracking down client history, and it is easily destroyed if you merge profiles before you realize this happened.
