I track pre-bookings to offer the stylist a bonus, and also incentivize the stylists to rebook our clients. Currently, I have to go back manually and click each appointment they had between the pay period, click the client name, and see if they had scheduled another appointment at the time they visited to find the percentage. It would be AWESOME if there was a report that tracked that!!! Thank you!

Our clients were used to text confirmations, as well as e-mail confirmations. Just an idea :)
In 2025, I absolutely agree. I don't want staff having access to all totals and reports- but they should absolutely be able to see what they were tipped by who. Most staff is using mobile.
