    We prefer to have our clients call in to cancel, so we are able to rebook them at that time. Right now the only way to do this is to set it at the max hours (2190 hrs out) that they have to cancel before - then it sends them a note to make sure if they need to cancel, they do it before "2190 hours away from the appointment" - looks unprofessional
