  1. We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

  2. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  5. The client history tab need big improvements! Most obvious are:

    1) Group same day appointments together so that we can easily see what was done the same day AND at what time without clicking to open the appointment.

    2) There should be a way to get to Appointment History or Order History without having to scroll. Some of our clients have hundreds of past appointments so getting to their order history is a pain. Perhaps just make orders a separate tab?

    3) Opening an appointment or order should not take you away from the client profile. We often have to…

  6. Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types. This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency by allowing businesses to customize the default behavior according to their specific needs.

  7. Notify staff when an appointment is moved from one staff member to another. It doesn't make since that this wasn't already thought of and integrated into the program. We had a client moved from one staff member to a different staff members schedule and Boulevard did not notify the new staff member. As a result, the client arrived for their appointment but the therapist was not in the spa because they were unaware an appointment had been moved to their schedule.

  8. Feature Request: Identification and Pre-Appointment Communication for First-Time Clients**

    Summary:

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

    Current Functionality:
    Currently, Boulevard provides notifications for appointments but lacks a specific function to highlight first-time visitors. This limits our ability to engage with new clients prior to their initial appointment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

  10. The new voucher report is wonderful for showing sales, redemptions and expirations. It would be great to update gift cards so we can set expiration dates and have them automatically expire and have the same style report for them.

    Expiration is not legal in all states, but it is in my state, and Boulevard makes this SUPER hard to do as there is no report showing when gift cards are sold, it is all sorted by the last use.

  11. We would like the ability to assign Numbers to resources so they could be booked in order.

    For example, if we had three rooms - Room 1, Room 2 and Three. We would like Boulevard to add logic to Resource scheduling that would book Room 1 first, then for another appointment Room 2, then Room 3.

    Obviously still keeping staff schedules into account, but booking in order.

  14. When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

  15. I would love to have a signature button that i can add to my notes. this would automatically sign my name (or whoever is logged in) and add a date and time stamp.

    right now, i need to manually draw my signature or type my name which takes alot of time.

  16. Not all our providers perform all our services. When we are booking an appt, If you click under a persons name, under the dropdown of services it shows all our services. It would be nice if just the services that provider does pops up.

  18. Leviticus would like a way to update product pricing from the purchase order screen. For example, when you make an order we're waiting on and it arrives and the price has gone up, I would love if changing the unit price could update the product price.

  20. The calendar in the iOS app has an "is working" filter that is the same as the dashboard. But the filter shows staff members who only have a timeblock even if they aren't on the schedule to work and have no appointments scheduled. This clutters up an already small view. The filter should match the dashboard and only show staff members who are scheduled to work or have an appointment scheduled.
